  • We process and ship all orders within 3 working days after confirmation.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Food & Detergent Products: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

  • Electronics: Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

  • For electronics, all accessories, manuals, and original packaging must be included.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.

  • Items not returned within the specified return window.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product).
